Introduction to Yin Yoga - Teacher Training with Dominik Trznadel
(25 hour online course)
August 2-4, 2024
The Yoga Alliance accredited teacher training course offers participants an introduction to Yin yoga.
The 25-hour online course will include elements of both theory and practice. By the end of the course, participants will have a deeper understanding of this practice and will be thoroughly introduced to Yin yoga.
During the course, participants receive a course manual and, upon completion, a YA certificate.
INTRODUCTION TO THE COURSE:
Yin Yoga is becoming more and more popular in the yoga world. We now predominate in Yang (dynamic/strong) asana practice, and practitioners are beginning to realize the need for complementary Yin (restorative/gentle) practice. You will learn how Yin poses affect the energy body and how you can help find holistic balance. Practice gives us the tools to gain a deeper understanding of ourselves as complex, sometimes conflicted, multidimensional beings.
WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?
This course is for anyone who wants to access deeper relaxation and better self-understanding. It is designed as training for Yin Yoga teachers, but is equally suitable for non-teachers who want to develop themselves. In this teacher training you will learn not only how to practice Yin Yoga, but also how to guide your students to do it. After successfully completing the course, you will be able to conduct yoga sessions individually or in groups. Whether you are completely new to Yin yoga, have been practicing for a while, or perhaps already teach, there is something for everyone in this program. In this course, you will learn the intention behind each position to be able to guide students to find the best one for them.
